David Belle Isle is the principal attorney for Belle Isle Law Group, LLC. His practice is concentrated in banking & finance and commercial real estate. Representing community banks, as well as regional and national banks, David provides highly sought-after expertise in a variety of transactions involving property and asset-based lending. These transactions include construction and permanent financing, revolving credit facilities, foreclosures, loan workouts, forbearance agreements, debt restructure agreements, contracts, and leasing. His clients include Alpharetta Community Bank, Atlanta Business Bank, Bank of North Georgia, BB&T, Crescent Bank, KeyWorth Bank, Providence Bank, The Private Bank, SunTrust Bank, Security Bank, and RBC Bank.

A native Atlantan, David, currently serves on the Alpharetta City Council and is an active member of the Alpharetta Rotary Club and the Greater North Fulton Chamber of Commerce. David also sits on the Advisory Board for Reinhardt College. He is an active member of North Point Community Church, which has been a significant factor in his life. David and his wife have also been faithful supporters of YoungLife Ministries, a national ministry designed to impact and change the lives of our teenagers. A dedicated husband and father, David is very proud to live in the great City of Alpharetta with his wife, Candice, and their two children.

Mike Crawford has an insurance and real estate litigation practice. His practice involves general commercial liability, premises liability, breach of contract, construction, negligent inspection, wrongful death, personal and commercial automobile liability, motor carrier liability, subrogation and garage claims. He has represented insurance companies, property owners, and business owners, litigating dozens of actions from complaint to judgment and has successfully tried cases ranging from the magistrate level to week-long superior court trials, carrying exposures of $3M plus. Mike’s practice encompasses the entire state of Georgia, and he has appeared in court in 139 of 159 Georgia Counties.

Mike is actively involved in the Rotary Club of Roswell and the various charities it supports. Mike also serves as pro bono counsel for Atlanta based non-profit, P.A.C.E., Inc.

Ann Schildhammer recently joined the Belle Isle Law Group, LLC after an extensive career as a partner in a mid-size Atlanta firm and several years as the General Counsel of a southeast regional home building company headquartered in Alpharetta, Georgia.  Her practice concentrates in employment litigation and HR counseling, real estate related litigation and title insurance, general business/commercial litigation, and toxic tort litigation.  Utilizing her experience as a former General Counsel she also provides general business advice in the areas of legal and regulatory compliance matters, risk management, and the supervision/management of outside legal counsel.  Ann has extensive experience handling employment discrimination claims, wrongful termination, and claims involving non-disclosure/non-competition agreements.  She provides management and employee sensitivity training on various HR issues, including sexual harassment, conducts internal employment audits, and prepares and provides advice on employment contracts and separation agreements.  Ann also has handled numerous real estate/title litigation matters, several of which have resulted in published opinions. 

Ann has lived and been actively involved in the North Fulton Community for 20 years.  She currently serves on the Parks and Recreation Commission for the City of Alpharetta, directs the Boys’ Jr. Raider Basketball Program, and serves on the Board for the Jr. Raider Baseball Program.  Ann has coached youth sports, both at the high school and community level.  She and her husband, Tom, have two sons, Tommy and Adam. They live in Alpharetta and are members of Mount Pisgah United Methodist Church.
